The event was opened by representatives of partner organizations, who congratulated the participants on the successful launch of the nanosatellites and the completion of the project:

• Rustam Karimjonov, Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies;

• Kamola Sobirova, Advisor to the Minister of Digital Technologies on Youth and Women’s Involvement in IT;

• Rekhina Maria Castiggio, Head of the UNICEF Office in Uzbekistan;

• Saida Yusupova, Director of the NGO Tech4Impact;

• Mukhiddin Ibragimov, Deputy Director of the Space Research and Technology Agency Uzcosmos.

During the official part of the event, the Top 20 UniSat Stage 3 finalists were presented with commemorative statuettes.
