On November 24 Tech4Impact, in partnership with Riga Tech Girls, launched the first joint program between Uzbekistan and Latvia for women entrepreneurs: Female Founders Across Borders.

During the launch event we shared details and timeline of the program, and learned more about Startup Ecosystems of Latvia and Uzbekistan.

The program will include trainings, mentoring sessions and exchange of experience for founders of technology companies and startups

Finalists of the program will be able to travel to Latvia and Uzbekistan, accordingly, in the spring of 2023, with all expenses covered.

On February 7th, the opening of the new season of Technovation Girls Uzbekistan took place in Andijan, Namangan, Nukus and Fergana.

In Nukus, Perizat Kenesbaeva, participant of previous Technovation seasons, took part as a guest speaker. Perizat is now studying in South Korea and her story is an excellent motivation for girls.

Today, on February 7th, at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, we conducted the opening ceremony of Technovation Girls Uzbekistan 2024.

The opening took place simultaneously in Tashkent, Andijan, Namangan, Nukus and Fergana.

For young innovators craving for knowledge, HACKATHON was organized at Nukus youth technopark.

On November 18th of this year, HACKATHON was organized for young people aged 15-25 by «Nukus youth technopark» in cooperation with «Technovation Girls» and «Yandex Go».
