Elena Selezneva and Ozoda Ismailova, the coordinators of Technovation Uzbekistan, told about the importance of studying technology, promising professions and opportunities in the STEM field for young people.

Education, healthcare, migration, gender inequality, ecology … – these are all areas that already require IT-specialists.

Special guest of the meeting was Matt Lubbers, the representative of the startup Voyage, an unmanned motor vehicle driving company from San Francisco, USA.

Matt told about how their company, for 2 years, from scratch developed a “car without driver” system, described the most promising tech professions in the Silicon Valley, and gave advice on how to interest children and young people with IT and engineering.
