As part of the AWE 3.0 program in Karakalpakstan, participants visited the PANAMILK enterprise, where they explored the full production cycle of dairy products — from raw materials to the finished product 🥛🏭
During the visit, the participants:
saw how production processes are organized
learned about the supply and logistics system
discussed sales, marketing, and HR management
Of special value was the open conversation with the company’s director, Timur Panaev, who shared practical experience in managing a local business and answered the participants’ questions.
